The other day Chris wasn’t feeling 100%, which is rare so we picked up an easy stuffed chicken breast with ham and cheese wrapped in bacon. Served with a baked sweet potato, roasted onions and asparagus! Delicious and paired wonderfully with this 2011 Rose from Churchill’s Estates.

The Rose is made from Touriga Nacional which is one of the main grapes used for making port.
The food and wine paired very well. After dinner Chris started feeling good. Maybe it was the wine? I rated the 2011 Churchills Estates Rose’ three glasses.
Life is too short to drink crappy wine. Expand your palate and keep trying.
