2010 Girard Winery Mixed Blacks Red Wine

3g

Often times I try mixing snacks with a red or white wine.  Most of the time the snack and wine pairing bode well for me.  This pairing was yet another success story.  I posted the pairing on Facebook.  Many people liked  the idea and a few did not.  So what was my snack?  It was Zesty Ranch Veggie straws with a Pub Cheese sharp Cheddar cheese dip.

Life is too short to drink crappy wine.  Expand your palate and keep trying.
