2013 What We Love The Winery Sauvignon Blanc

3g

With winter around the corner most people tend to lean towards a red wine.  Reds have more body, feel warmer on a cold day.  I would suggest you keep drinking white wines.  White wines can pair very well with creamy dishes.  I can think of a few this wine would pair well with, Wild Rice soup, Creamy Mac-n-cheese and our meal paired with the Sauvignon Blanc was a Seabass steamed and prepared Asian style.

I rated the 2013 What We Love The Winery Sauvignon Blanc three glasses.  The wine is not available in Minnesota at this time.  If you would like to try it contact Michael at the winery.  What We Love the Winery.  The wine maker recommends you drink the wine now up to two years.

Life is too short to drink crappy wine.  Expand your palate and keep trying.
