2012 WALT “Rita’s Crown” Sta. Rita Hills Pinot Noir

3g

Product was provided for free however the review is my honest opinion.

Chris was on her way home.  It was going to be a long travel day starting from Haiti to Atlanta and finally home. There was bad weather on the east coast so her arrival time at Minneapolis airport turned from a 11:30pm gate to 1:00am.

Finally my last dinner on my home.  I had yellow and red bell peppers that needed to be eaten, so I decided to chop them up and pan fry them with sautéed onions.  Along with cottage cheese and sausage hamburgers with cheese.

Now what do I pair the food with?  Chris is not a huge Pinot Noir fan so I decided to have a glass of Pinot Noir.

I rated the 2012 WALT “Rita’s Crown” Sta. Rita Hills Pinot Noir three glasses.

Life is too short to drink crappy wine.  Expand your palate and keep trying.
