2012 Juan Gill 18 Meses Red Wine

Our local Wine shop hosts a spring and fall “Big Tent” event.  The event is filled with tables of wine reps pouring their wines.  As you enter you are greeted by one of the staff with a wine glass and a tasting sheet that includes all of the wines poured at each table.  Plan your day and make sure to spit.  If you try to taste them all I guarantee you should not drive.  We attended a wine tasting last November and was given a “Golden Ticket” for a wine tasting late December for certain buyers.  It was an appreciation for our loyalty.

This event was a closed tasting with many wine reps pouring special wines for the ticket holders.  During this event we were given a discount for any purchase at that event.  One of the wines Chris really liked was the 2012 Juan Gill 18 Meses Red Wine.  She liked it so much we purchased three bottles.

Life is too short to drink crappy wine.  Expand your palate and keep trying.
